Christmas 2011

We really could not have asked for a more perfect day, unless of course we could have had snow.  We let the babies sleep and have breakfast before we started opening gifts at 9. 

We gave each couple a Kitchen aid for their Christmas present/ birthday presents.   Lance received a  under water video camera from the kids and Tami.  and Tami received accessories for her kindle fire, a chenille throw, sesame street memory game and how I met your mother DVD.




  After cleaning up and playing with the girls it was ti ne to  start dinner and  get ready for Church.  I love going to church on Christmas day.  And to have all my family with me was perfect!   The babies were angels and did not have to go out in the foyer at all!

 I loved trying to get their Christmas dress pictures.  Lets just say Elsie was interested in Sarah s face!

   The best part of day was talking to Scott!   We only allowed 40 min, but it was the best 40 min.   all the kids were able to talk to him.  I cried of course.  

  The girls had so much fun playing with their toys.  Even though both girls were teething!

and of course we played Kinnect the rest of the night.  A perfect Christmas!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve 2012  All the kids were here to spend Christmas with us!   I have been so excited about this for months!  Brittany, Sharlene sister was able to be here with us even.
I wanted to get the perfect pajamas for all of us, that matched but yet everyone would want to wear again.   I also wanted to bring Scott into our family  Christmas.  Well I figured it out!    I was so excited to give them.   drum roll...............

 Yes I found Texas flag t shirts!  I loved it!  The babies had matching Christmas jammies  I sent Scott his picture and he wrote back and said So everyone now has Texas shirts I see. Even Brittany. That's pretty fun. I bet you will all wear those every day of your life. 

 
We gave the family gift Christmas eve:   A new x-box with Kinnect!   Lance and I  had hooked it up a few days  before so they did not have to worry about that.  (Jeff was upset about that, he loves stuff like that)     It is alot of fun!  EVERYONE was able to play with it!  Well Elsie just wanted to dance in front of the TV to the music.

We spend Christmas eve afternoon with  Lance's family.  This year with was so much fun with 3 cute babies playing together!    Enzo  8 months  Sarah 7 months ( they are 2 weeks apart)  And Miss Elsie 13 months

Bentley and Noah are getting so big, and so cute with the little babies 

 

   The gift of the day was swords!   Dakota, Sam and Colton all got swords!   Zach got a fishing pole and tackle box.   What I thought was funny was  all the  siblings on their own each had bought Nita  chair mat for her desk!   Good thing Lance gave her ours first!  Everyone else had to take theirs back.   I guess great minds think alike!

 Nita bought Jeff & Sharlene, Mike and Brooke and Kylie and Dawson flashlights that charge and light up when there is a outage.   They are awesome!  She gave us some a few years ago and we love them!
